5-6 ears of corn with husks removed
1/2 cup sugar
1 gallon of water
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Medium heat grill
Dissolve sugar in water and submerge corn in the mixture for about an hour. Drain and pat corn dry. Mix mayo, salt and paper in a dish. Brush each ear of corn with a thin coat of mayo. Grill till light brown and done. Serve while hot with no butter needed!!
