Grace's Banana Pudding

This recipe belongs to my Great-Grandma Grace Netzley Flory. My Grandma, Mary Alice used to bring it to the Flory family reunions and it was a family favorite!

1 cup brown sugar
2 heaping Tbsp flour
2 eggs beaten
Hunk of butter the size of walnut
2 cups milk
1 tsp butterscotch flavoring
3-4 Ripe bananas sliced
1 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped

Mix  together in a sauce pan and boil till thick stirring constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Layer in a glass bowl, pudding, bananas and chopped nuts. Save some nuts for the top of pudding.
